Understand yourself.
Feel more connected.
“I hope you live a life that you’re proud of, and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start over”
-Eric Roth
As a queer-identified therapist,
I understand how important it is to have someone who relates to that part of your experience.
And at the same time, recognize that your gender and sexuality aren’t your entire experience.
Some of my clients come to me around issues of identity and coming out. I also see many clients for whom identity and coming out is no longer front and center, but is nevertheless an important lens affecting many other aspects of their life.
Maybe you feel anxious about starting therapy because…..
You’ve never been to therapy before, and aren’t sure if it’s for you. You might wonder how just talking about things can even help.
Perhaps you’ve been to therapy before and you feel reluctant about “starting over.” Or maybe it hasn’t helped in the past, and you’re worried about having that experience again.
Maybe you are worried about how fast things will move. What if you uncover things you don’t want to uncover?
These are totally normal feelings that all of my clients have experienced before coming to see me. You’re not alone. We can work through these thoughts and feelings together.
Are you ready?
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. It all begins with this first step. Get in touch to schedule a session, or for a free 10-minute consultation.
